Just a quick note: I have mentioned the word "dunch" to describe invitation times for years. I occasionally get the odd look (or clarification e-mail) of befuddlement from new friends who don't know the phrase. In this blog it is not a misspelling for "lunch". It is used to indicate the afternoon as mealtime.
